Selected companies, to be honored at an awards ceremony in June, excel in employee well-being

MINNEAPOLIS (March 24, 2015) — Yesterday Minnesota Business magazine released the 2015 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the state. Earlier this year, an independent research firm distributed an online employee satisfaction survey to all companies who had indicated their desire to participate. The survey determined which companies in Minnesota excel in the areas of work environment, employee benefits, and overall employee happiness. Following survey completion, the research firm then tabulated each company’s results. The top 100 scoring companies were selected as a result of their scores. Businesses that made the list in previous years have reported a tremendous boost in being able to recruit key new employees.

On June 4, Minnesota Business magazine will host the 100 Best Companies to Work For Awards at the Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel. The event honors Minnesota companies that set the standard for employee well-being. Honorees will be invited to attend the event, with a night of drinks, dinner, and an awards ceremony. Each company will also be featured in the June issue of Minnesota Business magazine.
